Washing dishes in one of the most important jobs in the restaurant, without clean dishes, we wouldn’t have customers, therefore taking pride in your work is key (it’s what you make of it and how you approach it) to your success.
Our team works really hard and has a lot of fun doing it. We put a lot of effort into making sure all of the people who work with us, are a good fit for us and we are a good fit for them. This written interview/application is probably different than what you may be accustomed to. Many of the questions asked don't have just one correct answer (though some do) - this is designed for us to get to know you and you us. Take your time, answer the questions honestly, have fun and be yourself.
